Welcome to the Poi Poi Online Store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to stock availability.
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.
Poi Poi reserves the right to cancel or decline any order where pricing errors, stock discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity occur.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional offers are valid only for the advertised period while stocks last.

3. Shipping

Standard shipping within South Africa is R150 per order unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
Poi Poi cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

We want you to love your Poi Poi purchase.

Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.
Goods must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In their original condition.
- Free from stains, odours or damage.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping or courier costs.
Store credit will only be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

5. No Refund Policy

Poi Poi has a strict NO REFUND and NO CASH BACK policy.

We do not provide cash refunds for:

Change of mind.
Incorrect size selection.
Delayed deliveries by courier partners.
Sale or promotional items.

Approved returns will qualify only for an exchange or store credit in accordance with our exchange policy.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by providing your order number together with clear photographs of the item.

Once verified, Poi Poi will arrange an appropriate resolution.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings.

As many of our products are produced in limited quantities, slight variations in print placement or finishing may occur, making every piece unique.

8. Intellectual Property

All Poi Poi logos, artwork, designs, photographs, branding, slogans and website content remain the exclusive property of Poi Poi and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Poi Poi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the purchased item.

10. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders, customer support and improving our services. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order.
